Bob brings 45 years of real-life experiences in sales and recruiting to the table. He received his Bachelor’s Degree from Drake University. His career path has included four separate careers, including semi-pro baseball for a short time to the pharmaceutical profession for an extended period. He then joined a national cash flow management as an executive in sales and recruiting and hired 250 managers over a five year span. From there Bob became the CEO of D & E Enterprise. Most recently Bob completed a wonderful 15 year career as an executive with a Fortune 500 company where he reviewed thousands of resumes, conducting almost 12,000 interviews resulting in nearly 1200 leaders and executives being hired. His seasoned leadership dimensions include communicating effectively, managing performance, driving change, thinking critically and managing execution. Bob’s knowledge takes you behind the scenes to see it from the candidate’s and employer’s viewpoint.
